SMS – Texting Campaigns
Our proprietary SMS (Texting) system allows savvy marketers to leverage the built in features of their customers smart phones to push out messages to them. Because customers opt into the system by texting a keyword to the SMS number, there is little, if any, resistance to judicial use of this method.
Some of the many ways that our SMS system is very useful to dealerships includes:
- Linking Vehicle Listings to on-line virtual tours and stats
- Maintenance Reminders
- Loyalty Programs (such as virtual punch cards as in 5 punches = a free oil change)
- Text to Win Contests
- Birthday Greetings
- Coupon Campaigns (including buy-back coupons)
This is a very low cost way to greatly increase your ROI.
Although not an auto dealership example, here is an example of a use for SMS in the real estate business very similar to it’s use in dealerships linking the cars on the lot to a virtual tour and stats for that car. This example is of a sign that is hung from a real estate property sign. Not only does the SMS program deliver a link to the potential buyer standing in front of the property for sale, but also it sends a text, with the prospects phone number, to the real estate agent to let them know that they have an interested prospect. The agent can then either call or text the prospect, to offer a live tour and answer questions.
